I won an item at your most recent auction. I have followed Bid Cal for a while, but have not bid on anything before. I go to a lot of auctions and my experience with Bid Cal is the best by far. I called, prior to bidding to make sure it was ok to pick up the following week, and was treated well on the phone. The young lady who took my payment when I got there was friendly and handled an issue with my credit card very well. The guy who helped me in the yard was great, and helpful also. Thank you to the entire BidCal family for doing such a professional job organizing and promoting our Alturas antique auction. From the time Rob Ramay arrived in the snow of winter to assess our collection, the entire BidCal staff worked tirelessly over the next five months to make sure our sale was successful. We live in a very rural community, and the BidCal staff traveled the entire area distributing beautiful color brochures to small town businesses so the auction would have maximum exposure to the buying public. Print advertising appeared in newspapers throughout northern California and southern Oregon. Thousands of color photographs were taken and organized on their web site. The three day preview was a great success, and the load out at the end of the auction was handled like a military operation. We had large, heavy collectibles that were loaded on buyers' trucks safely and efficiently. Fragile antiques were handled carefully, and buyers constantly commented about how happy they were with the entire experience. The load out days felt more like a big block party than an auction! Within days of the close of the auction we received a check for the proceeds of the sale, along with a 62 page print out of the descriptions of the sale items along with their sales price. We were then pleasantly surprised weeks later to receive a souvenir photo album of the entire auction, including copies of all advertising, the preview days, and load out. The BidCal staff made us feel like family, and we are left with wonderful memories of the entire experience.

We bought a CAT tractor a month or so ago and we didn't get a key for it. My husband was disappointed and I wanted to write to you, but my husband said it probably wouldn't help. And WOW! We just got a letter from you guys and inside the envelope was a key to the tractor!! We were REALLY impressed with BidCal Inc. We don't know how you found out there was no key in the tractor, but thank you, thank you, thank you!!! The guy who moved it for us (worked for Baker Trucking, Willows, CA) started it for us so we could drive it home. Thanks Again.
