AUCTION SPECIFICS
| START AND CLOSE: |
Bidding starts Monday
Feb 19th at 8AM (PST).
The Auction has a “SOFT CLOSING” starting on Thursday
Feb 22 at 11AM (PST).
What is "Soft Closing"?: This auction has "soft" closing times. If a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last minute before closing, the time will be extended on that lot by one minute. This will continue until a full minute passes without a new bid on that lot. |

| INSPECTION: |
Auction lots located at the Sutter County CORP Yard may be previewed at
275 Samuel Drive in Yuba City, CA 95991 on Wednesday February 21st and Thursday February 22nd starting at 9AM.
The county yard closes at 3PM. Please do not preview at any other time. Please do not disturb County Employees. |

| PICKUP: |
The Buyer is solely responsible for picking up his/her own purchases.
Auction lots located at the Sutter County Corp Yard at 275 Samuel Drive in Yuba City, CA may be picked up on Thursday (FEB / 22nd) from 12PM to 3:00 PM and Friday (FEB / 23rd) 9AM to 12:30 PM.

| PAYMENT: |
| You are the new owner and are responsible for your purchase as soon as the auction closes for that item. Payment must be made on Tuesday at the close of the auction. Cash or Credit Card will be accepted. A representative will be at the designated site to collect payment. (Please read the above pickup schedule to see what site a representative will be located.) If you are not able to pay on-site because of a scheduling conflict that you may have, please call Ramay Auctions at 530-345-0840. A representative will be available to receive credit card information over the telephone. |

| TAXES AND PREMIUMS: |
| Applicable sales tax and a 13% Buyers Premium will be added to each item purchased. |

| DMV: |
| Smog certificates for county owned vehicles are the sole responsibility of the BUYER.
All smog related repairs if needed are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Titles will be signed over to the new buyer at the time of pickup. Trip permits are required if the vehicle is driving off of the auction site and are available for $15. |
