INSPECT/REGISTER: THURS. 2/26 & FRI. 2/27 1-4:30pm, SAT. 2/28 8:00AM-9:00AM
From the South, Take Hwy 99 North to Chico. On the south end of
town, turn west on Entler (toward Wood Brothers Carpet and across from
Peterson Tractor). Go to 785 Entler. Watch for signs.
From
Downtown Chico, go south on Park Avenue, left onto E. Park Ave and/or Hwy 99
South. Turn Right on Entler Avenue. Watch for signs.
Terms for the Consignment Auction: AS IS – WHERE IS.
A 10% Buyers Premium applies to all items sold in this sale, unless otherwise specified.
Consignments: General Consignments will be accepted until Feb 24th. For Vehicle Consignments, auction co. must have pink slips in hand by Feb. 17th. No Exceptions. Please call to make delivery/receiving arrangements.
Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid for the day of sale.
Cash, Check and Credit Cards accepted. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a Letter of Guarantee from your bank to Rob Ramay Auctioneer. Processing of Pink Slips make take up to 20 days.
Removal of Items: All purchases must be paid for on the day of the sale and
removed by: 2:00pm on Monday, March 1st, 2004.

information herein contained. It is for this reason that buyers should
avail themselves of the opportunity to make inspection prior to auction
